Shani asks us to go inward. Saturn, the disciplined intelligence of Ancient Ayurveda, governs solitude, the long dark, and the quiet wisdom that only stillness reveals. Where other energies expand and illuminate, Shani deepens — stripping away what is unnecessary, returning us to what is essential.
As the year closes and the winter dark settles, this gathering meets us exactly where we are — tired, perhaps, from the year's demands, and ready to rest inside something quieter than the season's noise. Through breath work and gentle movement, meditation, and an extended Yoga Nidra held in Shani's still and patient energy, we practice the art of turning inward.
