About the event
Shukra governs beauty, refinement, and the sweetness of being alive. Venus, the intelligence of love and aesthetic harmony in Ancient Ayurveda, invites us to slow down enough to notice what is beautiful — in the world, in ourselves, in the quiet of an unhurried evening.
As summer turns toward fall, this gathering honors the harvest season's particular grace — the exhale after effort, the satisfaction of what has ripened. Through breath work and gentle movement, meditation, and an extended Yoga Nidra held in Shukra's luminous energy, we practice receiving the sweetness that is already here.
